I’m calling this, two slugs makin love.
This is one of those things I never thought about, and last night I finally seen what it takes to make a baby slug. I walked past this last night and never gave it a thought to take a closer look, but when I passed it again, I had to know what this huge black spot on my fence was.
I looked a little closer and it was two slugs meshed together, making more of their nasty little buggers. I also had my grass cut recently, so I never gave it much though to notice that there were baby slugs all over the fence. I thought it was glass clippings.
Okay, this is pretty nasty. Not only is it two slugs twisted together making love on my fence; they are hanging there from their very own slime.
Yeah, and that whitish sack you see, I can only guess it’s a bunch of their babies. Honestly, this process must have been pretty quick as they weren’t there earlier in the day.
In the final picture there is a complete view of how the whole thing looked. You can see a couple of the babies already. Just not sure if these two are the parents.
