Level 30 Priest Kills Stitches

So my priest hit 31 yesterday, but for a quick turn of adventure I decided to take on Stitches. He was tough but I managed to take him out with the help of a town guard.

Those guards are tough, for not being an elite, and only being about 35, they are able to take a beating from Stitches. All that was needed was a quick Shadow Word Pain to get agro, then lead him to the guard on the road right outside of town. I just made sure the guard stayed healed, then about 5 minutes later. I got my 50 plus to armor offhand.
