FREE Ebay Affiliate Script

Copy this script to your website or blog. I now have this working with Wordpress, and I’m sure will work with other content management systems.

It is an all-in-one PHP class that will do everything you need. I will also send you the scripts that can build a store in a matter of minutes, the site scripts DO NOT require you to install wordpress.

You can see an example of the stores at buildanichelink.com I had another example site, but I have since converted it to another format and testing some new ideas out. I will also be setting up an official sales script for my version of the Ebay Affiliate script. Just have a lot on the plate at the moment.

Other examples of the sites I use this script on are justuspics.com and fawzma.com Those sites I use the thumbnail only part of the script. This results in pretty dramatic increase in CTR.

If you do decide to use the site scripts, you will need to have access to a database to store the sidebar links. Although you can get away with just editing the scripts to store the items names in an array. The base Ebay affiliate scripts php class does not require a database to be used.

As for support, I will give you an email address you can use to reach me for any questions or comments. I will also send you other information on other ways I can be reached.

If you really do run into problems with installing and setting up the sites, let me know and I have no problems with helping you get your store up and running. It is advised that you know a little PHP, I can help out to a certain extent, but I can’t train everyone on how to program in PHP.

As for you hosting provider, I would suggest using one that you are at least making a payment on (I know nothing about free hosting, and suggest you NOT run an ebay store on a freely hosted account). This way, will at least have access to FTP and mySQL / PHP access in most cases.

Make sure you have signed up with CJ.com and agreed to Ebays terms before running this.

When filling in the KW part, if you have more than one keyword, you will need to enter a + between each word, or your autions ads will not show up. Don’t forget to change the PID number to the one CJ assigns to you. If you don’t have an account

The delay is in there for those who are using Wordpress, this is required or your page will abort in an error. It seems to work fine on standalone pages though.

Sometime later I’ll add some options for different styles.

UPDATE: You can change the background color of the ad, just use var BCOLOR=”FFFFFF”, no need to use a #

If you are running a Wordpress blog and have access to php, this version is able to pull auctions based on what you have tagged your posts with.
