Here’s some spam I didn’t think I’d ever see. If you get this type of spam, here’s how it works. They send you this nice little note about wanting to be your friend. They ask you to email them (gmail in this case) and in return, they send you an auto reply with an advertisement for a date site, in hopes you sign up, and they get paid.
First of all, I’m not listed on any dating sites, so this to me is straight up, spam. Also, this email never came from the email account that is suggested to send a reply to. It came from ting@sy***gy.com.sg
It seems innocent enough, but they have no real interest in you. Then again, it’s probably some fat slob named bubba sending this out.
Oh, and this person was even kind enough to send along a picture.
